Gratitude to Masayo Benoist who will be holding space while I travel for family. Masayo has been teaching in Los Angeles and Japan for over a decade and I met her on a car trip to Esalen where we were with Gabrielle Roth at what would be her final offering there. If you haven’t had the pleasure of being in her class, do yourself a favor. She is a healer and an amazing force!
What is a 5Rhythms® class? A pragmatic answer to what this class is; a lightly guided, specially curated movement meditation, encouraging embodiment and presence. This practice is for all bodies, if you can move you can dance. No choreography required, you create the movement as you go, and I will lightly guide through words and music.
We give space for what is present in our bodies and to connect with our own healing and creativity. We find freedom, expression and permission to be as we are!
We meet Sundays 11am-12:30pm
