I am so thrilled to welcome San Diego 5Rhythms® RTA teacher Christina Graham-Smith, for her debut teaching at Laguna Beach Waves. Many Orange County dancers have driven to San Diego to learn from Christina’s unique perspective of many years of teaching and creating a solid dance community in San Diego, and her diverse experience in the field of pychology and family counseling. Let’s give her a warm Orange County welcome!

About Christina:

Christina is a Certified 5Rhythms® Teacher, part of the global 5Rhythms teachers association (5RTA) and a Licensed Marriage Family therapist (#97298) with a wide range of experience offering movement practices to schools, teachers, hospitals, therapists, teen and adult residential treatment centers and for leaders/practitioners in the healing arts. Christina's teachings focus on building and strengthening our relationship to self, others and our community through authentic movement, expression and awareness. She has spent many years studying 5Rhythms while living in Europe and brings this flavor to her local and international classes/workshops. Life is a dance and when we bring Mindful awareness to embodied movement a pathway opens to discovery of our full potential. 5Rhythms provides us with the map to navigate the internal terrain of our highest and most enlightened selves.
