Firstly, thank you for your curiosity about my 5Rhythms® class. A pragmatic answer to what this class is; a lightly guided, specially curated movement meditation, encouraging embodiment and presence. This practice is for all bodies, if you can move you can dance. No choreography required, you create the movement as you go, and I will lightly guide through words and music.

My hope is to give space for what is present in our bodies and to connect with our own healing and creativity. Some dancers have formal training, some have danced only in night clubs, some are complete novices to moving in community. A sort of magic happens when we stay present with ourselves in a room full of others. We find freedom, expression and permission to be as we are!
